Jos lasin pitää olla tosiaan kirkas eli ilman mitään kuviota niin tuskin löydät sellaista jossa on hyväksyntäleima. Noissa kirkaslasisissa se kun on yleensä heijastinpinnassa kuten esimerkiksi H-D:n alkuperäisissä valoissa. Toinen juttu on tietty se, että nekään ei ole hyväksyttyjä Xenoneille.

Katoin et Costom Chromilla olis semoinen "black dot" lasi ja se ehkä kävis. En tiedä jos turhan vaivan itses ... en vaan hallu et se lasi mitä mul nyt on (Hella) heitäis se valo avain mihin vaan ja kyttällä ois leiman puuttuvudesta (man, is that even Finnish?!) liian helpo vedä kilvet. I'd say cops don't give a shit about something they don't understand. Never ever has any of them checked my lights for e-markings - that shit is only for the registration inspection.
Yeah, that's pretty much the conclusion I came to also; fuck it. What I will do is first adjust my light against the wall with the H4 bulb then with the Xenon (the one I have gets power for the ballast by plugging straight in to the H4 socket - 30Euros straight from Japan in four days and actually IT does have all the CE approved stamps etc ...) anyway, then with the Xenon installed I'll compare the light pattern on the wall. If it's sprayed absolutely everywhere I'll try a clear lens (I found an approved one (though not for xenon bulbs but yeah, it'll be good enough for any cop who doesn't really give a shit but has just been send out to stand by the side of the road and pull over bikes) at Madhog and if that still doesn't focus the light, I'll just use the H4. So, yeah I agree that I shouldn't worry about the Approval stamps etc ... all that much and I wasn't ... was just thinking that if I had to change the lens (I still have to connect a kill switch first is why I haven't tested the Xenon light pattern yet) to get it working right I might as well try and find one with a CE stamp and not make it TOO easy for aforemantioned cop standing by the road side either giving a shit or not.
Every chinese can do those CE stamps, they learn it from school ;D
In China CE stands for "Chinese Export" ;D
